goodbye?

it's almost been a year since i've been on here.

to be honest, i kinda miss it.

for those of you wondering, i'm still into nails and such, just not as much as before, since i'm not involved with blogging anymore. i don't know what the latest collections are, i haven't bought a lot of nailpolish since my last post and... i just don't know!

i do want to be on here and post regularly again, but it's just really too much work. i can't handle it.

i won't delete this blog, i couldn't! maybe in the future i'll start again, but i guess it's goodbye for now. most of you have probably already forgotten about me, haha! i've also lost a lot of followers but that's logical.

i hope one day i can join in again, but i don't think that's going to be very soon. sorry!

China Glaze Ahoy!

Hi! Today I have a really pretty lacquer for you. It's not mine, sadly, but I borrowed it from my friend, and it's amazing! This one is even prettier in real life, but yesterday there was no sun so.. :( *flash* This was two coats, and application was just perfect. I really love this color, and I don't have anything like this!

Sooo what do you think? I really love the whole Anchors Away collection! Too bad I don't have a lot of money to spend right now, so I only bought White Cap from that collection :)

I also ordered Flying Dragon and Ruby Pumps (finally!) so stay tuned!

P.S. Everyone want to swap or something for the Justin Bieber nail polish collection? I'm a huge belieber, don't judge me or hate me, haha :) but I couldn't get my hands on that collection. Help anyone?

NYC Love Letters

So I thought, let's make a comeback with this gorgeous polish! You don't wanna know how long ago these were taken. You also don't wanna know how hard it was to photograph this beauty... *sunlight* Soo sorry for the unwrapped tips and the tiny peace of thread near my index. I honestly don't know why I didn't delete this pic, but this is the only one that truly shows the beautiful duochrome! I'll just tell you everything I remember from this polish. It was two coats over a black base, and I had no trouble applying it.

So what do you think of this polish? Gorgeous or what? I'd love to wear this over purple or blue, too, sometime, just to see how it will look :) xoxo, Lois

P.S. Can anyone here help me get China Glaze's crackle polishes? I'd looooove to have the black, white and lightblue ones, but I can't get them anywhere without ridiculous prices. Anyone wanna swap or something? Let me know, please!

Hi everyone! So as some of you may have noticed I haven't been updating the past 2 months or so. I started updating less when I had a testweek, then the period inbetween I didn't feel like posting, then I had another testweek and now.... I don't know. When I posted daily on this blog, I used to be on the computer for hours posting, looking for new polish collections and mostly, keeping up with other blogs. I realised I didn't want to spend all my time doing this, but what should I do? If I don't keep up with other blogs, I would be behind on everything and not knowing what's going on, so... I don't wanna shut this blog down! But my nails are sad & short now, and I definitely don't have time to do my nails EVERYday. I don't know if any of you read this, but should I go on? I feel like most of you totally forgot me 'cause I haven't posted lately, and I understand :) For now, I'll just start taking pics of my nails again, and build up the posting slowly. great jelly! catrice oriental orange

So I haven't posted in like, two weeks. I have the flu, and I'm still not really feeling well. Still, I hope I'm able to go outside today, I want neon nail polish for the musical we're about to do. Hope I can post regularly again :)

Here we have Catrice Oriental Orange, of an LE they did a while ago called Caramé.

I don't know why they called it Orange, because this is more a red polish with a slight orange tone in it. Definitely not a true orange.




This was 3 or 4 coats I think. See my sad pinkie? :(

I really love this jelly! It really doesn't disappoint!
